I really like the prints themselves, but the overall service and customer support was disappointing.
When I reached out with an issue, I only received generic, copy-and-paste responses with no sense of personal care or human touch. At first, it even felt a bit like a scam.
The order eventually arrived, but it took closer to three weeks rather than the promised 2–5 business days. On top of that, the courier service was poor—my first parcel was delivered damaged and left outside, exposed to the weather over an entire weekend.
The end product is good, but the experience left a lot to be desired.
